The Hinowa 20.10 is a compact, tracked spider lift with a working height of up to 20.15 metres and excellent outreach. Its narrow access and low ground pressure make it ideal for high-level work on residential and commercial properties where traditional cherry pickers can’t reach.
Yes. All hires include a fully trained and experienced operator. The machine is not available for self-drive hire.

No. We specialise in access and minor maintenance work at height, not full structural rebuilds.
Chimney & Flue Work
Yes. The Hinowa 20.10 is ideal for chimney inspections, repairs, capping, cowls, pot refixing/ replacement, flaunching and repointing due to its precise positioning and outreach over roofs. We also offer complete chimney removal to below roof height, and tile-over.
Yes. We provide a full flue liner supply, installation, and certification service. All flue liner installations are carried out by a HETAS-registered engineer and completed in accordance with current Building Regulations and industry best practice. The Hinowa 20.10 Spider Lift enables efficient high-level access on commercial and managed properties where scaffolding is impractical or cost prohibitive.
Roof & Property Maintenance
We carry out minor roof repairs, such as:
- Replacing slipped or broken tiles
- Flashing checks and repairs
- Small remedial works
We do not undertake full roof replacements.
Yes. We provide roof cleaning from the spider lift, allowing safe access without scaffolding. This is suitable for moss removal and general cleaning where access permits.
Yes. We install bird mesh and bird prevention systems at height, commonly around chimneys, solar panels, and roof edges.
Access & Site Requirements
The machine can access spaces as narrow as approximately 790mm, making it ideal for gardens, side access paths, and restricted areas.
The tracked design offers low ground pressure, reducing the risk of damage. We assess ground conditions before setup and use mats where necessary.
Yes. The Hinowa 20.10 has adjustable outriggers, allowing it to safely operate on uneven surfaces within manufacturer limits.
